Home made sour cream

This is such a fun and easy recipe so let's drive in 

You will need:

Lemon juice bottled or fresh 2tsb to each cup of cream

Heavy whipping cream (the number of cups depends on your want)


3 cups heavy whipping cream

6tsp Lemon juice 

for one large wide mouth jar


Get yourself a mason jar wide mouth is the best 

you will then add your heavy whipping cream and lemon juice. mix lightly.

Cover with a clean cloth and place in a safe dry place for a total of 8 hours. After the 8 hours check your texture if thick enough place on lid and into your fridge. It's now ready for use. Enjoy
